Beans salad, nutrition and delicious recipe

The salad is the queen of the table it's good and beautiful when it's treat.

Boiling rice is prepared or steam,

We need peas, tuna, olives, eggs, you can add small mended carrots, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and little more like you want to decorate.

Rice carrots mixed with peas mayonnaise tuna aggs, they put them all in a box for a beautiful presentation,
you put in the fridge until ready to serve.

Here is a cake very good and very nutritious

ingredients:

200 gr of flour
1 dl sour cream
3 eggs
salt
pepper
1 packet of yeast
100 gr peas
100 grams of broccoli
100 gr of carrots
1 green pepper





prepare the ingredients, cut the carrots into small cubes
and peppers too.
in a pan, put the peppers and broccoli.
 

 
 
made boiling carrots, halfway through cooking Add the peas, salt and cook.

Voila un cake très bon et très nutritif
Pour les grands et sur tous pour les petits qui n'aiment pas trop mangés

les légumes ou aussi pour mettre dans la boite à lunche
 
ingredients
200 gr de farine
1 dl de creme fraiche
3 oeufs
sel
poivre
1 sachet de levure
100 gr de petits pois
100 gr de brocolis
100 gr de carottes
1 poivron vert

 
 
préparez les ingredients, découpez les carottes en petits dés,
et les poivrons aussi.
dans une poêle, mettez les poivrons et brocolis.
faite bouillir les carottes, à mi-cuisson ajoutez les petits pois, salez et laissez cuire.
dans une terrine, cassez les oeufs, ajoutez le sel et la levure chimique,
puis la farine.
mélangez en ajoutant le lait, terminez par la créme fraiche.
retirez les légumes avec un écumoire,
incorporez les à la préparation mélangez délicatement avec une spatule.
huilez le moule avec un pinceau puis versez-y le mélange et enfournez
