The potatoes is the vegetable that our children enjoy, with a side salad far from fried food is better for their health in the present world with the problem of obesity and cardiovascular diseases.


This is what can be easy to prepare for their boxes lunche rich in protein necessary to their muscles during this period of their lives, rich in starch, vitamin C and carotene for eyes and skin.


 

Potatos salad:

Potatoes cooked better by Vapour or boiled.

tomatoes

eggs

onion

Small pieces of cheese

little carrots

vinaigrette along with olive oil and lemon.

mix together and savored cold and season well.

already back to school, our children are happy with new Affairs and new friends and we are .... () With lots of fresh and concern to them hoping that they will succeed and they will always be healthy.

However our biggest concern is: is what they eat well? With the morning fighting: quickly terminates it was time to go at school! the bouquet of of day lunche box, put all that is good, but all that is well for a full physical and intellectual energy and yes day! that was our future geniuses. This is a simple and rich recipe that goes well in the bag lunche







 
ingredients:

dough for bread, the best for me it 10 minutes before the recipe.

the filling:
a bunch of spinach
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
salt
black pepper
1 tbsp cummun
grated cheese


we fry the garlic with the oil, add the finely chopped spinach with spices
let until the spinach is cooked,
adding cheese

Beans salad, nutrition and delicious recipe

This is the queen of tables and girlfriend health:
salad.









with fresh vegetables full of nutrients and energy without getting too,

salad of dried beans, such as caloric vegetable starchy but they bring a lot more protein: 24 g/100 g against 7 for rice, 10 for cereals in general and only 2 potatoes! They are legumes such as soybeans, lentils, beans or peas and allow to make different from cereals amino acids, which is essential in vegetarian diets or low in meat
The fresh beans = 64 calories per 100 g.
Dried beans = 117 calories per 100 g

Clean and cut the broad beans and cook with steam to keep the nutritional value.





Sauce is prepared with:

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon

salt

2 tbsp cumin

3 cloves of garlic

4 sprigs of parsley




Mix all ingredients with cooked broad beans and enjoy
